Finance Manager

Our Finance team is responsible for accelerating the growth of our business by exploring/developing financial solutions. The Finance Manager will function as a key member of the finance team and be responsible for formulating and improving our financial accounting system, regulations and methods, and providing decision support for senior management through preparing periodic financial statements, key metrics analysis reports. You will also be involved in companywide strategic initiatives and execute to ensure success, and monitoring company performance and participating in the account reconciliations and month-end close.


You will:

  • Be a partner to our business teams by building financial models and manipulating data to better understand the logical relationships in our business and evaluate the economic implications and trade-offs of various business actions. Recommend changes or develop frameworks that optimize for the overall health of the business, rather than any single KPI.

  • Organize and Manage a team of 3-5 high skilled team members as necessary in short term. Drive      professional development of your team members by providing significant opportunities and coaching on how to effectively support business teams.

  • Partner with leaders in site/platform development, ops and product to understand and evaluate key business drivers for sales and product investments.

  • Become the finance business partner of all leadership team across the different departments.

HR Manager

What you will do:

  • Develop, review and implement HR policies and plans according to company short, medium and long term business goals.

Integration Engineer

The Professional Services team’s mission is to enable a highly efficient, transparent and traceable Cross-border E-commerce consortium by building robust data network between the specific scenario Flexchain Selection Platform to be built and all potential participants in the areas of Trading, Finance, logistics and Supervision.

As a Midas’Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for building B2B data integrations between the Flexchain Selection platform and those of our customers and key partners. You will be working with a myriad of clients, from fast growing startup brands to established enterprises, building high quality, reliable and scalable integrations.

 

What you will do:

  • Become a technical expert in Cross-border trade and supply chain operation and develop a deep understanding of our product selection platform.

  • Participate in customer/partner calls, understanding their requirements and articulating Flexchain Selection Platform and API capabilities.

  • Develop an understanding of EDI standards being used by our enterprise partners for logistics data.

  • Build robust and scalable integration solutions which are repeatable and easily supportable.

  • Utilize an integration platform such as Dell Boomi to build reliable data integrations between Flexchain's APIs and our partner systems, while providing visibility and transparency to both technical and non-technical cross functional teams

  • Contribute to iterative incremental enhancements, design, management and testing of Flexchain's public API via rapid feedback loops; champion the voice of the customer.

  • Work closely with Product and Engineering teams, proactively surfacing technical gaps between customer asks and Flexchain’s current service and technical capabilities and collaborate closely to address them.

  • Partner with business dept. to help answer customer questions and scope the technical effort required to build integration solutions.

 

What you‘ll need:

  • Minimum 5 years of software or technology experience with a minimum of 2 years’ experience working with B2B integrations with enterprise customers.

  • Software development background, with the ability to code in a modern language such as Java, Javascript, Python or Ruby.

  • A good understanding of and experience with integration standards and transports including SFTP, Soap/Rest APIs, AS2, XML, XSD, JSON and EDI.

  • A good understanding of database concepts and fluency in SQL.

  • Prior experience building and deploying robust programmatic integrations with APIs in a production environment.

  • Working knowledge of various SDLC methodologies including Agile and Waterfall.

The Opportunity:

We're looking for an Assistant to support senior leaders across a few disciplines in our growing Xiamen Headquarters. You will be responsible for ensuring the schedule is optimized as well as working alongside leaders to maximize their ability to focus on their team’s key priorities in supporting Midas' continued success.


You will manage complicated internal and external meetings and domestic and global travel schedules.
